Transfer of data

I have a new tzt touch system. I wanted to transfer waypoints and routes from the Furuno tzt on a different boat. I get an error message. Unable to transfer. Root element is missing. How do I make the transfer happen? Carl

Hey Carl,

What computer are you using to get those points onto a USB stick? Our products cannot use any Apple PC to get data over to the TZTs. They are Android based so they process things in a different language. If you are using an Apple PC I would suggest trying to take the original files that weren't put on the Apple PC and do this all on a windows PC. Then format the USB stick and you should be good to go!
