FCV-620 no display

i'm pretty sure i'm getting power, both fuses are good. when i press the power button i hear two beeps, very faintly but get nothing on the screen. i can press other buttons and get beeps, but still nothing on the screen. is there a way to troubleshoot this or a place i can send it in and have it evaluated to see if it is the unit?
