I can not stop the alarm from flashing or making noise on the screen. I have reset the Yamaha maintenance reminder several times, turned displays off, factory reset them. It won’t stop…..tell me how please.

First off, how about heading over to [Home] > [Setting] > [Alarm] and checking to make sure "Sound Alarm Until Acknowledged" is toggled "on". Than tap on the alert to dismiss it. 
Next, to address the Yahama trouble codes from the Furuno side of things: Navigate to [YAMAHA ENGINE SETUP] menu > Trouble Codes, in the [Initial Setup] menu. For detailed information on the code, you'll need the operator's manual for the Yamaha engine or contact your Yamaha dealer for instructions on how to reset the Yamaha (otherwise it'll just re-trigger the alarm over and over on the Furuno plotter.)
