Yamaha Engine NMEA2000 to TZTL15

I am trying to connect a Yamaha Engine Hub to the TZ2 MFD. Can this be connected per Figure 5 on page 3 of the "Furuno CAN bus Network Design Guide with a single T connector and one terminator" or do I need extra T connectors and a Power supply into the Can Bus network?
Can you describe this connection/interface please?

You can NOT connect your Yamaha Engine/hub directly to a NMEA 2000 bus without a proper gateway. Please consult the Yamaha interfacing guide we put under the TZT2 product page.

Quick one, do I still need to power the NMEA 2000 network through the TFT2 multi-cable, there is no mention of that in your attachment?

ANY NMEA 2000 network must have proper terminations and source of power. If your NMEA 2000 network has a power tee, then it has a source of power.
