Where to mount SCX 20

Planning on mounting to roof where X is to get it 3’ away from antenna - seems it should be out of the 11 degrees down angle of radar - but what do I know? Any input welcome- thank you in advance

Beam angle on the dome radar is 15 degrees. The further away from the the radar the better, as long as you are staying out of the beam angle. General rule is that an Open Array is 11 degrees and a Dome is 15 degrees as far as beam angle.
