Johnny E.... This worked out great. Was able to "dial in" the pitch and roll to zero at rest. I used NavNet Slide out menu.In the SCX20 pages you should be able to see active pitch/roll. In your case, the roll is what would be reading off because you have a 7 degree deviance. Say -7 before entering the offset. After entering the +7 offset, then going to check your "ROLL" value it some be close to zero. If you can't manage to find where you can display roll in the SCX20 menus in the NavNet, just go to the normal Plotter screen on the NavNet and slide out the NAVdata box from the left of the screen and add "ROLL" as one of the items to display. Here you will see the corrected data before and after you have entered the offset directly into the compass. If you wanted you can add "Pitch" as well to look at that data. Pitch is the fore and aft movement while the roll is the side to side movement.
