Are there any other programs rather than Sea Marks for managing way points between the TZT units and a laptop? I want to be able to merge waypoints (combine) between the laptop and TZT and vice versa. Thank you

From the TZT you can export in GPX, CSV, KML and TZD.

There are many options on the market that supports one or more of these formats. (Like Nobeltec TZ, GPS Utilities, Google Earth (KML), etc)

No, Tech Support has no conversion software to offer but if you have a one time conversion requirement to the Furuno format, they can normally conduct a conversion for you. You can attach a request with a support case and they normally will convert it and send it back. There are many programs on the market for free like google earth, GPS visualizer etc but we are not a distribution point for those companies.
