V7 glitchy?

Has anyone found v7 to have any glitches?

Post v7 I get a weird radar center button that appears for split seconds and before I can push it it disappears. The hole thing reappears seconds later and the disappears.

Any ideas?

Are you on a radar only screen, or a radar overlay screen. What TZT2 unit are you using? It almost sounds like you have a TZT2BB with a touch monitor problem or are in overlay mode with long range scale overlay running the boat very fast.

O, sorry, guess I should have included that...

It’s a TZTL15 and I was using a split screen with dual radar images, one close in at 0.75nm range and the other farther out at 4nm range.

I haven't see this on any of the units. I recommend to check connections including the multi-conductor cable. You might try disconnecting ground wire on the unit to see if that makes any change. I will keep my ears out for any trend. Where you doing anything special at the time (traveling fast on the water, bouncing, sitting still, etc?)

It was working fine pre v7. We were traveling but it was very smooth. I did check the cables and all are clean, dry, secure, and cable tied to prevent bouncing/vibration. No other changes were made other than software update.

Interestingly it was during dual range use and only one of the radar images flashed the center radar option while the other was stable,,,
