Update TZT12F to version 2 HELP instructions/links/downloads

We need to update to Version 2 for our TZT12F. We have a single MFD with DFF3d, radar, flir etc. Which download do we need from the software download page? Are there instructions on how to back up our saved data, then restore it after the update?
