Unable to logout previous owner of TZT3

Hi folks,
My TZT3 under "My Timezero" has the previous owner logged in, but the "login" and "logout" buttons are grayed out. Any advice on how to logout the previous owner so I can link my TZT3 to my Timezero account and Timezero navigator app?
