TZT9 blue screen and reboots

Hello,

I have a TZT9 it was been coming up with the blue screen and will reboot this is happening every time after the unit have been on from anywhere like 10 mins to 30 mins. I only have only been using it as a plotter and only have the GPS antenna connected. I have tried disconnecting the antenna, removing the left SD card, i dont have a right card. And have rest set it and nothing seems to help. Anyhelp?

Well after being on the phone all day with tech support, master reset, program updates etc...

I had to ship it to furuno. Hopefully i don't have to give them my first born.
