TZT2/Dff3D / PG700 HEADING SENSOR CHECK

Hi,

I have tried unsuccessfully to check the heading sensor before going out deep to mark fish in the 3D mode etc. I have looked at the radar screen without a radar connected and the compass is shown but west and east are the wrong way around.
I have mounted the heading sensor correct as per instructions.
Is there an easy way to prove the sensor is working correct ?

Have you tried putting heading as a selection into your data box on the TZT2? Swipe from the left to the middle to bring out the data boxes and press and hold to edit and select HEADING as an item you wish to show.
