TZT16X Delayed H.264 Video

I just added an FIP-460 camera to the network with two TZT16X MFD's. Camera was discovered and video works, however there is a substantial delay that increases over time (have seen up to 30 seconds of lag). Going back to the home screen and selecting the camera restarts the feed and resets the delay, but then it starts to increase again as long as the camera is active. The delay appears to be introduced by the MFD, as restarting the feed on one does not reduce the delay on the other, and there is minimal delay when viewing the camera on a laptop. I have tried a variety of camera settings, adjusting the resolution, frame rate, and bit rate of the H.264 stream, but nothing seems to make a difference. Any advice would be appreciated, as I added the camera to help with docking and it is fairly useless for that purpose given the delay.

Yesterday when I installed the camera the MFDs had been on for a few days, so today I tried cycling power to everything and the video ran for several hours without any noticeable delay. Then we had friends visit this evening, and SEVERAL MINUTES after they left I noticed the video feed still showing their dinghy behind our boat. The video was not frozen and still moving, just delayed by several minutes. No idea when the lag started to increase, but it may have something to do with how long the TZT16X has been powered.
