The input power should be checked for correct voltage and AMPERAGE. It might be helpful to power the unit directly from a known good power supply to isolate it from the boat. Normally if a unit refuses to turn ON it is in protection mode due to power not being good.
 
We have turned on the equipment outside the vessel with 25 amps power supply, it does not respond, the problem to come after making hard reset.
 
A factory reset doesn't do anything to the power system. It sounds like there is a short or bad component. I would recommend that it be evaluated for repair by a qualified dealer.
