TZT16F won't turn on

One of my TZT16F units stopped working when I drove my boat through an electric fish barrier on the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Channel. It's probably damaged, but I thought I'd ask before shipping it off for service.

Unit will not turn on.
The power button on the front panel works (i.e., when I press it, the other two chartplotters respond).
I cycled power and confirmed there is good power reaching the device.

Assuming it's damaged, what's the best way to get it repaired? I already bought a new one, so it's not a rush repair and not a warranty repair.

It's possible the brilliance is all the way down. Try tapping the power button multiple times to see if it comes back.

@JJ Neutron -- I wish! Nope, it does not seem to be not turning on at all. After pressing the power button, I tried touching the screen where the "Device" and "Network" buttons would be, and nothing happens.

If you look at the sensor list on the other displays, do you see the dark one listed if they are all powered up? What color is the power button?

In the sensor list it shows up with a red icon and the rest of the text is greyed out.

For a repair, would I just ship it to Camas? Or how would I find a dealer that can repair it?
