TZT14 with DRS6A/PSU012

Furuno Tech Support: I have a TZT14 with a DRS6A/PSU012 connected to it with an ethernet cable via a HUB-101. This setup has worked flawlessly since it's installation in 2016. Just recently I activated the radar by pressing the Radar Tx button on the TZT14 display menu. Then, the Radar function buttons all came up on the TZT14 display but they were all grayed-out and would not respond when pressed. I shut the system down and rebooted.....same thing. Perhaps you can offer some suggestions of what to check before I start to trouble shoot. Thank you. Joe

Make sure the radar is white, not gray, in the sensor list.
If it is white, make sure the radar is selected as the source in the radar menu.
If it is gray, check that the psu is receiving 12/24VDC and that it is outputting 48VDC.
