TZT12F 'Quick Access' Menu Appears, Screen Dims w/ No Key Press

NavNet TZT3 MFD 'Quick Access' menu appears and screen will dim with no key press. Anyone out there experience this? It is as though the power button is being pressed multiple times, but there is no user contact with the keypad. Unit was installed spring 2023 with no issue until now; client reports it happens occasionally and seems to happen more frequently when humidity is high or it's raining. Any thoughts?

This sounds like there may be a power issue on the boat. The unit may not be consistently getting the minimum 12V it needs.
The other possibility may be a grounding problem.

Ok, thank you for your input. We'll investigate power supply issue by temporarily installing a data logger on the 12v supply circuit to the MFD with a high sample rate and track it for a week.

Regarding the potential grounding problem, is this suggestion referring to a case ground or static charge issue or with the 12vdc negative? - our datalogger should shed some light if the latter.
