TZT Battery

I read in the manual that the back up battery in the TZT 9 and 14 need to be replaced approximately every four (4) years, but I am unable to find any directions regarding size, location and access. Anyone know how to do this or where to get direction to accomplish?

As long as you keep a backup for your points/routes/settings; I would not be too concerned. The machine will normally come up with a low battery warning before going completely. We normally find these batteries last on average of about 8 years. The I think the manual is trying to be cautious. The battery is on the main board. It uses a standard CR2032 button cell. Because it is inside the machine, it is normally best left for a dealer or the service center to replace.
