Got out on the water yesterday and finally got a chance to play with new electronics, 2 tz3 12 , open array 6 nxt, scx 20, AP 711c . My specific question is , I was playing with radar on one screen toggling threw off and target analyzing when that specific machine just shut off and rebooted. Other machine stayed on . This happened twice . Both times when it powered back on the radar screen came back up in the tx function. Has this happened to anyone else , is this normal ?

It isn't normal that is for sure. It sounds like a poor power connection at either the back of the display or where the power cable connects to the power system.
The radar is by network and has no way to cause the MFD to reboot, unless it is when you take the radar to transmit and the power draw isn't properly supported by your boat power. When the boat power pulls down it is possible that it pulls down enough the other units like the MFDs will reboot or shut down due to lack of power. You must ensure the boat has suitable power. This is based on you saying it only happens if running the radar.
