TZ Touch - Switching "windows" for rotokey use

Hello,

I have searched and read the manual but cannot find what i am looking for...

I am a new TX touch user.

When using a single TZT with a split screen configuration (I.E. Sounder on one side and Radar on the other), how do I select the side that the rotokey will access?

I notice that the "active" side has a yellow line at the top. I can make the opposite side "active" by touching the non-active side. The problem with this approach is that when I touch the screen, the MFD wants to select the point as if i am dropping a waypoint.

For example, if the Rotokey is actively controlling the radar screen but I Want it to switch to the sounder screen, I touch the sounder screen to make it "active" then there is a "point" displayed on the sounder screen that does not go away even though that screen is now active. I hope that makes sense.

There has to be a way to switch screens without touching them???

Thank you in advance!

Touch the side of the screen you wish to access and then that side of the screen will normally get a yellow frame, then turn the knob. The (yellow/Org) boarder will normally show which side is the current active screen.

Yes I understand that. But when I touch the opposite screen, it want to “mark” a point and stays that way. I will post a video soon....
