I have been using manual fuel management for a few months now. I just had an instance where my overall fuel capacity was still 50 gallons but I ran out of fuel on the port tank. I was thinking there was still about 25 gallons in each tank. Is there a way to set up the manual fuel using the individual tanks? I would like to keep track of the coordinating motor to that tank individually if that makes sense.

The only way to know what is in individual tanks is have real tank sensors reporting to the system. At that point you wouldn't be running manual fuel management.
