Transducer Replacement RD30

I have a RD-30 coupled to a Furuno 235DT- MSE.
The transducer that needs to be replaced, (part # 44-076-1-02).
The housing is a bronze thru hull # B17.
Frequency 235KHZ
7 pin

I also have a Furuno FCV585 coupled to a pair of SS264W 50KHZ & 200KHZ

Question:
Is 235KHZ the best frequency to use on this readout?

I would like to opt for the speed reading, (also including Temp and depth).
I'm thinking the 235DST-MSE is a possible fit, but I don't need a new housing.

reeldetermined,

Yes, you can use the 235DST-MSE Transducer with your RD30 and utilize the Digital Depth, Speed, and Temp. The 235kHz frequency will not interfere with FCV585's 50/200khz frequencies.

Deep Blue - ;)
