Transducer Noise

Airmar B260 Transducer...526TID-HDD Noise.

I had a Raymarine E120 classic with a 1KW sounder module and Airmar B260 Transducer.

I could read noise free bottom at 35 mph while running in auto mode or while tuning the gain down manually in manual mode. The FCV is picking up NOISE and Im trying to figure out WHY?
I did NOT physically move the transducer. It is in the exact location as before.

I purchased a FCV587 and a 10 pin cable end for the transducer. I spliced the transducer end according to the instructions.
Mechanically crimped each wire and the shield wire.
I have made sure the FCV587 chassis is grounded and I installed ferrites on all cables and transducer cable. I coiled the transducer cable in my dash where there are other power cables and GPS antenna cables, (NO VHF, no stero speakers). What could be causing the NOISE?

will the Ferrite on transducer cable cause noise?
will coiling the transducer cable and splice section cause noise?
will GPS antenna wire cause noise?

Lightning,
Is it there all the time even when you have nothing else on? Is it speed related? Does it appear on both frequencies? Do you have any screen shots of what this noise looks like?
