Sirrius Weather problem on MFD12

Hi I have Sirrius weather on my Furuno NavNet MFD12. I have refreshed the sirrius signal multiple times and I still do not get the offshore zone forecasts. Everything else on the weather system works, including the inshore forecasts, but the offshore states "no bulletin". Sirrius says it is a furuno issue....any ideas?
