I am getting a "Sirius Disconnection Alarm" on the TZTL-15 and 12 units. I have checked the BBWX3 and the power light is on, the network light is solid green, and the antenna light is flashing and solid green at times. The BBWX3 is connected to the HUB101 and the two TZT2 units are also connected to the HUB101. I subscribed to Sirius, received and account number but cannot connect. So I am not sure how to correct the issue. Please help.

It sounds like you might not be running the newest software in your TZT2 units. I would recommend calling our tech support while you are on the boat so we can walk you through checking the software and troubleshooting if needed.
