Furuno FA-50 not transmitting

My FA-50 used to transmit when we bought the boat in 2021. I’ve been restoring the boat for 3.5 years. Launched and went from FL to the Bahamas. I’ve updated the Ship names and MMSI numbers. The FA-50/Silent is highlighted dark blue

The Normal (TxRx) is a light blue box

The screen says Silent mode is controlled by Hardware switch.

Where is this switch? I did put on StarLink and I think the Toutch 2 is updated. But not sure.

Please advise how We can be seen

Power light is on
ER. Light nothing
TX light flashing yellow
RX light. Nothing

Also how do I do the update?
I did the Tests available and all listed ok?

If you haven't updated the FA50 software in the last 24 months, that is your problem. It requires a software update due to its internal GPS encountering a roll over. Software and instructions are posted under the support area of the FA50 product page on our website (www.FurunoUSA.com)
