SCX-20 configuration question

I have a 40-foot sailboat and SCX-20 mounted on the bimini at the stern of the boat. SCX-20 is mounted on the center of the boat.

I have some questions re how to setup X-Y-Z offset.

In the SC configuration manual it's stated that "Set ship's height, calculated to the bottom of the keel to the top of the mast." But the image is not clear...

So should one include keel depth and mast height or not?

Option A (mast and keel inclouded in height if the boat and refrerance position"):

Option B (mast and keel not inclouded):

The ship's height is from the dot labeled "Reference Position (0.0)" (or keel) to the SCX20...aka how far is the SCX20 above the Keel, in meters.

Is the reference point at the bottom of the keel or the bottom of the hull? On a sailboat, that makes quite a significant difference.
