Route Check not working on ECDIS FM3200

We seem to be having an issue with our Furuno ECDIS FM3200



When we edit a route, and go to the “Check route” setting, it will go to 35% and then cease to continue, remaining at that percentage of the calculation.



Under further investigation, we determined it seems to be when we use chart US4WA36M

• The Chart is showing green which means licensing is Valid
• The Chart shows all information as it is required.
• We can create a route on the chart and edit it etc.
• We cannot engage the “check route” setting for this chart, which would show all the potential hazards etc.

Is there anything we can do to fix this issue?
