Rdp-139 Not reading map card(s)

Hey Johnny and forum members, Ive struggled to get my RDP-139 to read any cards. Chart door says Navionics, and I have a new card that is inserted. I actually have two cards, 1 C-map and Navionics. Ive tried both, and Both do not display. I have gone so far as to replace chart reader, to no avail.
What is up with this unit? I have a backup unit that I will swap that does read C-map, so ill swap for now.
Ive attached photos of software, and cards.
Any ideas??
