PSU-12 not working

Hi,

I am getting 12volts to the power supply and the internal fuse is all getting power and it is good. The problem I have is that after the fuse i think.led light is not coming on and dont think I am getting power out of unit. Can you tell me how to trouble shoot this power supply unit?

When power is given to the Power supply, it will not turn "On" until it receives the power sync signal from the NavNet 3D MFD. It sounds like your power sync setup isn't correct. If you are using a Hub101, have you turned on the power sync switches to the required items?
