Problem Sonar CSH-8LMK2

I have a problem with my Sonar Furuno CSH-8LMK2.
One is that after working for more than an hour, sometimes the Keypad / Command stops working with the lights on, as if everything is operational. All I have to do is turn off the power completely, wait 5 minutes and then turn it back on. After some time, the same thing happens again.

Good afternoon.
I think the problem is solved this time.
I still had not answered since we are still performing tests on the equipment.
We exchanged the NMEA data cable that came from the Furuno FCV1900 sensor
with the depth information, and the problem is apparently solved.
The cable he had was of furuno origin, and now I've made a new cable.

Until now everythink seems to be ok.
The original Furuno cable, who transport the depth information from
the sonder FCV1900 to the Sonar CSH-8LMK2 must be broken somethere,
and with the trepidation must provoque a bad contact, and block the
Sonar comand/Keyboard.
