Can I download my points from my Tzt2 to a SD card and load them into my 1971?

Both units support the GPX and CSV formats so as long as you use one of these common formats it should be no problem.

So I select one of those formats on tzt2 then export to SD then select sma format on 1971 then import?

Same format; correct. Export out in say GPX from the TZT2 and then import in GPX at the GP1971F.
