Paint failure on radar

Any guidance on how I can restore the paint on this radar?

I have seen people take them apart and have the units sandblasted and painted. If you want to do it right, that would probably be best way.

You can use any type of an epoxy paint, just be sure there is no type of metal additive (such as metal flake) with the paint.
