Not recognizing my drs4 radar

So I installed my tztouch2 and my radar, which is drs4 from my previous mfd12 is not being seen by machine. All voltage is good and the radar is plugged into a plu -017 for power supply and then I have the Ethernet connect into the network cable of machine. Any suggestions?

Your older radar scanner needs a software update to work on the TZT/TZT2 system.
Currently you can use the NN3D, TZT, or PC to update the radar software. The software and instructions are posted under the radar product page on our web site. Since you have the TZT2, I would recommend using your old NN3D unit or PC to upgrade the radar with.
