No depth data

Hi, I have a DFF1 probe module connected to a PC with Time Zero. Everything was working fine, but suddenly it stopped giving me depth data. Can you help me? Thanks.

Is the screen scrolling from right to left? If not check that the pic advance is set to 1/1.
Manually control the gain and range to see if you can dial in the bottom.

Hello, we checked the probe module and the default transmission power was set to 600W, but the installed transducer is 1kW. Could this have damaged the DFF1 probe module?

Do you know what is the transducer model that is currently connected to your DFF1..?

That's one of my favorite transducers. What you may need to do a factory default of the DFF1 and then reset it up for the B260 Transducer and see if that works.

The DFF1 is connected to the PC with Time Zero, I really don't know how to reset the DFF1 to its factory settings
