Nntztbb software update crash

Hello! While updating from 0402 to 0602, the update "hung up" with a missing or corrupt file error. I tried again with a fresh download, and even tried the version 5 software to no avail... Does anyone have have any suggestions?

Did you format the SD chip in the TZTBB machine prior to putting the upgrade software onto the chip? It almost sounds like a formatting issue. The TZT series one requires a special NTSF format on the chip and it is best done directly in the machine. If all else fails, you can always buy an upgrade kit from your dealer. It has pretested cards and software. (p/n TZT-OSA-SOF)

Thank you for the reply! Yes, I formatted the sd card in the machine, it does go through the "loading software" process then it hangs up in the boot manager with a "winload.exe" error. I have tried 2 different downloads of the 0602 software, and even the 05 software. With no sd card it gives a "no bootmgr" error.
Anything else I should try? Possibly try to load the 0402 software? Prior to the attempt at the upgrade, this system was working fine.

Success! Third download was the charm... I guess there was a corrupted file? During the update there was a prompt for a different drive partition that I had to respond to, luckily I have a remote to use as a mouse, since the touch apparently isn't enabled during the install?
