NN3D map is skewed to true north even when the setting in Global is changed from deg T to deg M. When navigating to a point the GPS arrow shows you proceeding down the line and the map is oriented to true north. The bearing value is actually a true value even though the bearing indicates "M". You can change the setting to indicate M or T but the bearing value stays the same. The heading from the fluxgate compass shows correct magnetic heading for the ships heading but is displayed on the map skewed off by the magnetic variation. It seems to be acting like it detects a magnetic variation of 0 degrees. NN3D with GP320B with NMEA 0183.
