I have been running the NN3D for the last couple of years with a MFD12 and 8 Ver2.11 displays without any major issues. I recently purchased an FCV1150 and have connected through a Furuno hub. The problem I am having is the FCV1150 (it is in NavNet mode) will not display any depth. The MFD12 sees the FCV1150 and can control the functions but will not fire the transducer. If I set the sounder to the DFF1 everything works as it has been. I have reset the LF tap to A and the HF to A according to the May 16 release, screen rate is 1/1, TX rate @20, TX power @10, LF set manual @ 42Khz, HF @200Khz. What am I missing? Thank you

Fishtech1,
I am curious when you say the that 3D won't fire the 1150. Can you confirm a couple of items for me.

If you have the DFF1 on the 3D and the 1150 running separately I am assuming that they function properly, correct? When you connect the network cable between the two does the 1150 continue to transmit even though 3D is still displaying the DFF1? It should. When you change the sounder source on the 3D to from DFF1 to 1150 does the 1150 quit transmitting i.e. no bottom at all or just not give a digital readout?

Snips,

I have not hooked the 1150 separately i.e. I have not tried connecting the 1150 directly to the DFF1 removing from the network. I will try that and see what happens.
When the 3D is switched to the 1150 as source there is no bottom or digital readout on that machine or the MFDs. I do not hear the transducer firing i.e clicking. When switched to DFF1 as source bottom readout and digital are normal on the MFD`s but still nothing on the 1150.

Fishtech1,
Lets get back to the basics. First the 1150 is a stand alone machine (yes it can be networked) so we need to make sure it works as it was designed. So power and transducers only, no network cable. Let me know if the FCV-1150 works like this.
