For years now my NavPilot 511 has been seriously over-correcting in calm seas. It does eventually learn enough to stop but it can take at least an hour to get stabile. When under sail, this can be a real problem in that it can cause crash jibes or put the boat into irons. I am tired of it and want to fix it. What parameters should I change to get it to stop doing this?
