navpilot 300

looking into getting an AP. is the navpilot 300 as reliable as the 711c or is it to new.

I would absolutely recommend the NP300. It was designed for boats like yours.
You will actually be able to use more features with the 300 over the 711C for your applications.
Reliability on the 711C has been outstanding, but the 300 hasn't been out as long. So far everything we hear is extremely positive. Much of the software/steering algorithems are identical.
