Boat have different types of hydraulic connections and you can't mix them. Installing a pump is very custom work. I have spent several hours back and forth to get the correct adaptors for the last NP300 that I installed. ORFS (O-ring Face Seal) fittings that boats like Mercury use are totally different than say the 3/8" or 1/4" NPT fittings. ORB (O-Ring Boss) is another hydraulic fitting type. ORB uses straight threads (UNF) unlike the tapered threads used by NPT. With NPT the threads themselves create the seal when ORB or ORFS have a seal that must match up to a flat part (Boss) of the matching connection to seal up properly. It is rare to hear anyone talk about "Furuno hoses" unless they ordered something special like the older Verrado hose kits. To JJ's point, it might be best to work with your local dealer. I also would recommend putting hydraulic cut offs so if the pump ever springs a leak you can cut it out of the system and keep your steering.
