Is the NavPilot 300 compatible with a MFD12 based NN3D system ?

Yes, the autopilot will receive any needed data via NMEA2000 from the NN3D. The only thing you will not get is the chart plotter based added features like the NavPilot data box and the plotter asking if you want to navigate using the NavPilot when you set a "GoTo".
