NavNet 1 Enter Knob Issue

I have a NavNet 1 (RDP-139) that has a problem with the Enter knob. I can turn the knob and it will scroll across options as it should, but I can't push the knob to select an option. The knob appears to be stuck.

Does anybody know if I can purchase this knob and what the part number and approx cost is? Has anybody replaced this knob on their unit? Thanks.

I doubt the knob (P/N 100-324-651) will fix it. It sounds like a broken encoder (PN 000-144-310 which the knob is pushing). You might want to engage your dealer because this would take some skill in removing the panel board and replacing the encoder.
