Nav Pilot 300 not working

I have been trying to get this to work for the past year and have not been having much luck. My system consists of NavPilot 300, TZT12F, SCX20, safe helm 2, and the linear RRU. There is also a Garmin Echomap 126sv and suzuki smg4 on the NEMA2K network. It passes all tests in the setup. I measured 9 seconds hard over to hard over. When testing out the navigation using the 'go to' on the tzt12f, the pump starts to engage to move the boat towards the coarse but when it goes over, instead of correcting back it continues in the same direction and the boat goes in circles. I will also sometimes get the 'No Nav Data Available' warning pop up. In the settings I have the scx20 picked for everything but STW (left blank or used TZT12F) and the TZT12F for Nav data. Even though I entered the tzt12f for the nav data source, when looking at the sensors under nav data it is blank. I've tried multiple resets and keep running into the same issue. It seems like with some of the resets, some information stays stored and I don't always have to re-do everything. There is no dealer in the area (western NY) for me to go to. Any advice on what to attempt next? Is there a hard reset?

Sounds like an issue with the 2000 bus. Have you turned on the three sentences on your PGN output of the Navnet to drive the pilot? (Nav data, crosstrack, and Nav Waypoint/route info) It would most likely be best to draw out your system and then call up tech support while you are on the boat so they can talk you through some troubleshooting. Who did the installation?

I was starting to think the bus after reading a few threads of similar issues. A few of the tees I used were the plastic type from Garmin and Lawrence. I had bought a handful of Maretron but haven't swapped them out yet. The backbone is in a really tight space. As far as checking the PGN output, where exactly do I look? I can get confused with all the menus when I'm getting frustrated out on the water. As for installation, I did it. Was hoping it would be a little more plug and play, haha. The Suzuki dealer I bought my motors from only generally knew autopilot installation and had no experience with Furuno. It's really difficult to find anyone with experience with Furuno around here. Mechanically it seems to be working fine.

Not sure from your question if you're aware of this or not, but the Nav source on the AP will show up as blank unless there is an active course. If you tell the AP to go to a point on your TZT3, it will then show up as the source for Nav. If you have your Garmin on the same network, you should be able to navigate to a point on that unit and then activate the AP from the NavPilot screen and it will use the Garmin as the Nav source. My point is that when there is no active navigation, the Nav source will be blank.

Just following up. I contacted tech support when I was dockside. They walked me through the setup again and we got it working. Only issues now are the safe helm failed on starboard side. Going to take a look at my connections there and every once in a while I get a rudder drive error message.
