If Marking Waypoint on TZT3 -- will it show on GP 1971 F?

I would like to use a TZT3 as my dual chirp sounder but want Navionics, so it appears I am required to get a GP 1971 F.

If I 'mark'a fish on the TZT3 unit, will it reflect on the GP 1971 F? Does the GP 1971 F work in sync with the Nav Pilot 300 and 'Fish it or drift it' feature?

Basically, I want Navionics shade relief while staying in the Furuno architecture -- what could go wrong?!

thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately the GP1971F is not a TZT network compatible device. As such when you place a mark on the TZT3 is does not automatically sync that mark to the points of GP1971F. The GP1971F can provide waypoint steering information in the Nav Mode to the NavPilot 300 series, but it does not have the Drift-it or Fish-it features like the TZT3 does.
