Help With New XL System Commissioning

Help!. I am the owner of a new build (34 Pilot House). Builder and I have been commissioning the vessel and all its system. However, we are having trouble with the transducers and the SCX-20.

First Transducer issues:
So with this set up, 275LHW plugs into one of the 16XL's (port unit), the 50/200 cord from the combo transducer into the other 16XL (starboard unit), and the DFF3D cables go into the DFF3D box then into the network. We are having trouble getting the individual XL units to see the transducer that is plugged into it. Both internal Fish finders show up on either XL unit, and we can manually select which transducer the unit has plugged into it, but, somehow, the system does not like when you toggle from one internal FF to the other. It changes the transducer in the settings and then an alarm sounds saying transducer not recognized (my interpretation). TDID seems to work for the 275LHW and I believe I have to manually pick the 1KW 50/200 for the combo transducer but it will change itself depending on which internal FF i want to view on a given XL. Its acting like it doesn't like the two transducers on the network.

SXC-20 Issues:
Network sees the SXC-20 but we are not receiving any satellite connections. Not one satellite. Full admission, boat is still under roof so this could be the issue, however, boat has two other independent GPS units that are getting 20+ satellites connected. One is the mercury Vessel View antenna for the mercury joystick and autopilot. This is on the network and showing up, so not sure if this is in conflict with the SXC-20.

Help! We are into this now for several days and have lost ideas...

Did you look t the SCX-20 settings and verify that the output PGNs are enabled? Also try running the diagnostics you can access from settings menu. Do you have the SCX-20 selected as primary data source for position, heading, etc?

Might just be an issue of being under cover. I know in winter when my boat is stored indoors, the SCX-20 doesn’t show position data but the GPS in my Siren Marine monitor does get position data, albeit it is squirrelly and the track jumps around due to poor signal.
