Help with CA50/200-1T Transducer

I just bought a boat with a CA50/200-1T Transducer glassed into the hull. The MFD is a Garmin 1243xsv. There is a Garmin adapter box, but the transducer does not work. The previous owner said he couldn't figure it out. Is it possible to get these two working together?

You would need to check with Garmin to see what is required on their end.

There are two types of transducers diplexed and non-diplexed. The CA50/200-1T is a non-diplexed version transducer.

So you need to know if the GARMIN 1243xsv will accept non-diplexed transducers, and if your Garmin 1243xsv doesn't accept any non-diplexed transducers, then you'll need to add a MB1100 Matching Box.
