Help New TZT2-12 Transducer Issues

I have a new TZT2 and am having trouble interfacing it with my transducer. I have a pair of SS264-20, 50 & 200 KHZ Thru hull 1 kw transducers. They are connected with the MM Cable to Furuno 10 Pin. I have tried selecting the various transducers in the setup menu but no luck. I measured pin 4 to 7 and it is 10,000 ohms but yet no temperature reading . When I select "Dual" frequency it goes back to single.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What do you have setup as your TEMP (SST) source in the DATA SOURCES?
