HDMI and usb for touchscreen

Is the OTG port the correct input to enable the TZTx to enable the HDMI input and touchscreen support of an external pc?

Yes. You would connect the OTG/USB2 on the TZTXL (16, 22, 24, BB) to a PC like you would a mouse.

OTG for touch control is different than USB. The matching accessory cable is needed to use the OTG port at the back of the unit.

Yes, 001-646-940-00 is the OTG adapter cable for the XL units offering that feature.
If you are not worried about water protection at the back of the display, a standard HDMI cable can be used directly to the unit at the back.

Does the TZTBBX also have a HDMI and usb input for touch screen support from external pc's? It looks to have the same OTG port.

The BBX has standard USB and HDMI out (and in) that unless you wish to get the water protection adaptors, you can just an external monitor right into them. The OTG connection is when trying to bring HDMI in from something else like a laptop where you want touch control.
