GP1871F 1KW Thru hull bronze transducer with fairing?

Hi,

I'm looking for a 1KW Thru-hull bronze fairing block transducer that works well with the GP1871F without needing a matching box?

Thank you, does this require any accessories to connect to my GP1871F?
I read somewhere that Furuno doesn't recommend this on boats under 30ft? my boat is 21ft and the pre-existing old transducer is a thru-hull fairing block type. would I be better off with a different 1KW transducer product?

That transducer will plug directly to the 10 pin transducer connection on the back of the GP1871F. If a fairing block has worked well for you in the past then this should work fine as well.

could you recommend a flush mount thru-hull 1kw for the GP1871F?
I believe the reason the pre-existing fairing block transducer worked centerline on the Keel was due to twin outboards and not creating interference forward of the outboards lower units.
I'm new to this so any data will be much appreciated,
